ぶたみたい
I'm getting serious about fitness. Nah, seriously I'm doing a little workout thing at least 4 times a week. I'm in the second week and I'm already seeing results. They say that muscles have a "memory" so it could be coming back from 5 years ago when I last trained in tae-kwon-do. Now if I can stop eating crap food I should be able to get rid of the 'ol spare tire.. Hang on alcohol has a high number of calories right? Shit. Might be in trouble there.. I mean I've got some will power but Jesus..
Bicep curls 3x15
Hammer curls 3x15
Crunches 5x20
Bench press 3x15
Tricep extension 3x15
I do all this at home using 3 milk crates pinched from the alley behind Taylors Square and a pair of dumbbells. All up this only takes around 40 minutes. I've still got a relatively fat arse tho (hey, I'm a programmer) and I don't really have a plan for that at the moment. Guess I'll have to join a gym for that.
These 5 years programming have taken their toll. My wrists really kill me, other than the burn from lowering the weights, it's been feeling like my wrists are gunna snap off. Bloody RSI..

yeah well, all i do is sit on my ass all day workin on shitty lab unitsand now the doc says i got bad cholestorol or some junk. guess i'm gonna have to do some excercise too. fuck.
excersise isn't that bad. (well...)
I'm still motivated (in a positive feedback loop of motivation) but I'm gunna start doing Laido next week. Fuckin samurai swords man! Should be much more fun than the gym..
