New Look

Well I finally stopped procrastinating and spent a few hours customising the blogger template.

Like it?

I'm not really happy with it, too much pink, too many "girly" colours. I think I let myself be influenced but I cant really be arsed changing it right now and I dont really give a fuck if there's girly colours on my web page if you've got a problem you dont know me.

Anyway, I wanna give it a more retro-arcade game feel to it, and get rid of that IFRAME that holds the latest links from my del.icio.us. As this page is XHTML1.1 strict (or supposed to be) I should use an XMLHttpRequest and a div with overflow: scroll. If only I could upload files to blogger that would be a whole lot easier.

Right now the whole iframe thing depends on a cron job running on my gateway that uploads the latest 15 links to the KCheckGmail web site once per hour. SF shouldn't find out that I'm using them to host stuff for my blog, as long as this page doesnt get slashdotted it should be ok. I'm almost positive it's not against the SF terms of service...

But I'm not going to pay for hosting. Screw that...
